International CMR note
Consignment note for road deliveries within Ukraine and abroad.
Quality passport
Laboratory document: density, strength, frost resistance, flakiness, fines content. Linked to the batch in the ERP.
Domestic waybill
Consignment note for road transport within Ukraine. Printed from the ERP.
Railway consignment note
SMGS/CIM note for railway shipments. Created in the UZ system and confirmed by Klesiv station.
Certificates of conformity
Confirmation of product compliance with national and European standards.
How to receive documents
In the cabinet
Authorized clients see quality passports, waybills and consignment notes in the Documents section of their cabinet.
Email from the manager
EUR.1, CMR and export packages are prepared by the manager after the route and customs clearance are confirmed.
Together with the cargo
Original waybills and quality passports always travel physically with the truck or wagon. Electronic copies are in the cabinet.
