Six process steps. One control loop. Every tonne of aggregate follows the same procedure — from drilling and blasting to railway dispatch.
Extraction
Overburden removal, drilling and blasting, excavator loading into dump trucks. Bench geometry control.
Primary crushing
The jaw crusher accepts blocks up to 1000 mm. Granite is broken down to 0-300 mm for further processing.
Secondary crushing
Cone crushers shape the grain close to cubical form. Critical for euro fractions and railway ballast.
Screening
Multi-stage screens separate the material into commercial fractions: 0-2, 2-5, 4-8, 4-18, 5-20, 10-20, 20-40, 40-70 and others.
Quality control
The plant laboratory checks density, flakiness, frost resistance, compressive strength, fines content. Every batch comes with a passport.
Shipment
Truck loading from hoppers, railway loading on our own siding, export routes via Izov and Yahodyn.
